1. Services

Proven SEO Agency provides SEO, backlink building, digital marketing, and related online marketing services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Provide necessary website access and materials

  • Not engage in illegal or unethical practices

  • Make payments on time

3. Payments

  • All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. No Guarantee of Rankings

While we follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue results due to the constantly changing nature of search engine algorithms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and website design remain the property of Proven SEO Agency unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Search engine penalties

  • Website downtime

  • Loss of revenue or business

  • Third-party service failures

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payment is not received

  • The client engages in unethical practices

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital marketing and SEO services, refunds are limited.

Refund may be issued only if:

  • Work has not yet started

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • Service cannot be delivered as agreed

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once delivered:

  • Completed SEO audits

  • Delivered backlinks

  • Completed digital marketing campaigns

  • Monthly retainers after service period has started

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Include order details and reason for refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
